Food lovers in Coleraine are in for a treat this Saturday, 30th November, as two local culinary innovators join forces for a one-of-a-kind dining experience.

From 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM, INFUSE Tea Bar, Northern Ireland’s first speciality tea bar, will host Golden Rickshaw, Ballymoney’s renowned Chinese food delivery service, for an exclusive “Kitchen Takeover” event.

This creative collaboration between Áine and Duncan Davis, the entrepreneurial duo behind INFUSE, and Bonny Cooper, the talented chef and founder of Golden Rickshaw, promises a remarkable oriental banquet. The three-course menu features standout dishes like Hot and Sour Beef Rice Noodle Soup and Mo Fo Tofu—tender beef mince and tofu cubes paired with a bold and spicy sauce.

Bonny, originally from Guangzhou, the gastronomic heart of China, has spent 23 years in Northern Ireland sharing the rich culinary heritage of her homeland. Golden Rickshaw is her platform to introduce authentic Chinese flavours through handcrafted banquets delivered ready to heat and enjoy in sustainable, biodegradable packaging. Soups come in innovative recyclable bags for a quick and delicious start to any meal. Beyond her delectable dishes, Bonny also shares her passion for Chinese culture through culinary courses and wellness routines.
