Apartment plans for New Row in Coleraine

A planning application has been submitted to Causeway Coast & Glens Borough Council that proposes a transformative change to King's Hall, located at 28 New Row, Coleraine.

This ambitious project seeks to repurpose the building's first and second floors, previously used as office spaces (Class B1), into eight modern apartments.

The plan doesn't stop there; it also includes the addition of a third-floor extension, designed to accommodate two additional apartments, further enhancing the building's residential capacity.

The proposal outlines not just an internal conversion but also external enhancements that promise to breathe new life into the structure. Among these are the construction of balconies. 

The application will be heard by Councils planning committee in the coming months.
