Approval Sought for Permissive Path Agreement to Enhance Access to Binevenagh Mountain

A report presented to Councillors next week aims to obtain approval from members to proceed with a Permissive Path Agreement, facilitating access through private lands connecting Ballycarton Wood to Binevenagh Mountain.
By entering into a permissive path agreement, the Council will ensure quality access to one of the Borough's most prominent landscapes.
It is recommended that an agreement is put into place for ten years.
The decision will then be ratified by full council at the end of the month.
