Cheers to 10 Years! Naturally North Coast & Glens Toasts a Decade of Flavour at the Bushmills Salmon & Whiskey Festival

business tourism events visit causeway coast and glens Oct 03, 2024

Naturally North Coast and Glens are delighted to be marking their 10-year anniversary of supporting the Salmon and Whiskey Festival in Bushmills, having first attended with their artisan market on 20th September 2014 (during the festival's third year).

Over the years, they have collaborated with numerous individuals and organisers, met incredible businesses, and watched the festival grow into one of Northern Ireland's key food and drink events.

From changes in locations and traders to the arrival of new high street independents, they have witnessed the festival evolve, and the Bushmills food scene thrive.

Naturally, North Coast and Glens have said, 'It has been a pleasure working alongside various groups, businesses, and organisations involved in planning and delivering the event—including CCGBC, who now deliver the festival. Each year, they have enjoyed seeing the festival’s activities develop, thanks to the hard work of organisers, local businesses, and volunteers. The vibrant atmosphere, great food, and sense of community make this event a highlight on our calendar!'

They hope you plan to visit the festival this year and be part of the experience. Explore local eateries, follow the Taste Trail, enjoy food sampling at the Visitor Information Centre, take a tour of the Bushmills Distillery, and check out the newly opened Courthouse. Don’t miss the two cookery theatres, the whiskey hub, live music performances, and family-friendly activities! And, of course, don’t forget to explore the vibrant artisan stalls.
