Coleraine Welcomes a New Lidl: Green Light for Fresh Concept Store

In a significant boost for the local economy, Coleraine is set to welcome a new, larger Lidl store. The plans to create this unique concept store were given the green light by the local council on Wednesday.
The new Lidl store will be built close to its existing location at the Riverside Retail Park off the Dunhill Road. This exciting development sees the current store being converted into a warehouse and a shop dedicated to 'bulky goods', while the new state-of-the-art Lidl store will take shape nearby.
Causeway Coast and Glens council's planning committee backed the application to build the new 2,475 square metre store which promises to offer a wider range of products and improved shopping experience for local residents.
