Council Approves New Holiday Park Development In Coleraine

This afternoon, the planning committee of Causeway Coast & Glens Council approved a planning application for a new holiday park located to the west of Wheatsheaf Road in Coleraine.
The development, which includes holiday cabins, provisions for touring caravans, and tent pitches, was approved despite receiving 96 objections.
Additionally, a historic stone barn on the property will be converted into a communal welcome centre with a restaurant.
It is understood the development will create four full-time employees and up to 9 part-time employees.
The applicant was Edwin Calvin.
