Council Greenlights Signage for Apperley Fine Foods Ltd. in Coleraine

Planners at Causeway Coast & Glens Council have approved new signage for Apperley Fine Foods Ltd., located at 152 Ballycastle Road, Coleraine.

This approval will facilitate the installation of a shop sign on the front elevation facing Ballycastle Road and another on the side elevation facing 154 Ballycastle Road.

The signage approval is the latest development for Apperley Fine Foods Ltd., following a significant change earlier this year.

In March, Council planners granted permission for a change of use for the premises. Formerly a church, the building at 152 Ballycastle Road has now been repurposed into a mixed-use development.

This new facility will accommodate storing, preparing, and selling raw and cooked butchery products for off-premises consumption.

Hopefully, Apperley Fine Foods Ltd will soon bring this redundant building back into use as a butcher's shop to serve the residential neighbourhoods along Ballycastle Road.
