Extension and Renovation plans for Portrush property

A planning application has been submitted to Causeway Coast & Glens Borough Council to breathe new life into an existing building at 56 Kerr Street, Portrush.

Matthew McAlpin seeks permission for renovation, alteration, and extension. 

The proposal also seeks a change of use to provide guest accommodation associated with the existing adjacent restaurants.

Planners will consider the application in the coming months.
