Fidela Coffee Roasters Seeks Approval For Expansion

Fidela Coffee Roasters have submitted plans to Causeway Coast & Glens Borough Council to expand their existing premises.

The application includes demolishing a dwelling, removing a kitchen container, and constructing a single-storey extension to the café, shop, and production areas.

According to a design and access statement, the additional space will allow the growing business to enhance both production capacity and customer experience.

The extension will also house a relocated rotisserie kitchen, which is expected to streamline food preparation and improve safety and hygiene standards.

Fidela Coffee Roasters says the plans have been carefully developed to meet all relevant planning policies and minimise the impact on the local community. The proposed scheme, they say, will contribute positively to the local economy by supporting a growing enterprise.

Causeway Coast & Glens Borough Council planners are currently considering the application.
