Garvagh Museum Partnership Agreement Renewed By Council Committee

The Leisure and Development Committee has approved the renewal of the partnership agreement with the Trustees of Garvagh Museum for four years.

The agreement, providing £10,000 per year, is subject to annual review and future strategic priorities.

The volunteer-led museum has met all agreed targets, including maintaining UK Accreditation and supporting cultural initiatives. The renewed agreement will continue to support visitor engagement, volunteer opportunities, and community inclusion.

The decision will be ratified at the full council meeting later this month.
