A planning application has been submitted to Causeway Coast & Glens for the demolition of an existing dwelling at Greenholm, 189 Irish Green Street, Limavady and the erection of 13 dwellings comprising of 1 four bed detached two storey, 8 three bed two storey semi detached, 1 three bed detached chalet and 3, three bed two storey detached.
In addition, new access from existing roundabout and associated landscaping and parking.
