Local Chefs Sought for Prestigious Royal Portrush Open with Pay up to £275 Per Day

Royal Portrush Golf Club is set to host the 153rd Open Championship this July, and organisers are calling on Northern Ireland's finest culinary talent to join the kitchen team for the world-renowned event.

Absolute Taste, the team behind the event's catering, seeks passionate local chefs to help deliver exceptional dining experiences for guests and players. Opportunities are available for Lead Chefs, Chefs de Partie (CDP), and Pastry Chefs, offering daily pay rates between £205 and £275, plus holiday pay.

Successful candidates will need at least three years of professional kitchen experience and a commitment to using fresh, locally sourced ingredients. This fast-paced role offers a rare chance to be part of one of the year's most prestigious sporting events, running from Monday, 14th July to Sunday, 20th July 2025.
