Marine Hotel in Ballycastle Proposes Major Expansion

Plans to expand the Marine Hotel, located on North Street in Ballycastle, has been submitted to Causeway Coast and Glens Borough Council.
The plan entails a partial demolition along with extensions and modifications to the current structure.
Envisaged developments include enlarging the ground floor restaurant, establishing a new entrance and lobby, adding 14 bedrooms, constructing a new roof, and creating a function room complemented by two outdoor terraces.
Additionally, the former Marine Country Club building is set to be transformed into 10 self-catering holiday suites under the proposed plans.
