New Apartment Development Proposed For Bushmills

Plans have been submitted for a new residential development in Bushmills. The proposal aims to transform a site at 94 Main Street, behind the former police station.

The proposed project includes the construction of nine two-bedroom apartments arranged in two separate three-storey blocks.

The development is designed to offer private and communal amenity spaces, providing residents with a blend of personal and shared environments.

The plans outline provisions for access roads, car parking facilities, landscaping, and bin storage in addition to the residential buildings, ensuring that the site is fully equipped to meet the needs of future occupants.

The application will be heard in the coming months.  The applicant is Stephen McCombe.
