New Apartments Planned for Local Bar Conversion

A planning application has been lodged with Causeway Coast and Glens Council to transform a former bar into residential apartments.
The proposal, submitted by 247 PM LTD, seeks permission to convert the existing bar at 2 New Market Street, Coleraine. into nine modern apartments.
The plans also include a rear extension to accommodate the new units.
