Nicobrand Ltd Submits Plans For Expansion In Coleraine

Nicobrand Ltd has submitted a planning application to the Causeway Coast & Glens Borough Council, seeking approval to expand its facilities.

Nicobrand Limited manufactures and supplies a complete spectrum of nicotine products. 

The proposal includes extensive renovations and an extension of the company’s existing building at Unit 1, 189 Castleroe Road.

The planned development aims to enhance Nicobrand's operational capacity by creating additional storage space, offices, staff facilities, and ancillary accommodation. A new processing room with an associated plant is also part of the proposal, indicating the company’s intention to boost its production capabilities.

Planners will consider the application in the coming months.
