Planning Permission Granted for New Social Housing Scheme in Coleraine

Planning permission has been granted for a social housing scheme on lands to the south of 1-8 Willowbrook Park and 35 metres north of 6a & 6b Millburn Road in Coleraine.

The approved project will deliver 17 apartments and a semi-detached two-storey dwelling, totaling 18 new residential units.

The development will also feature open spaces, access routes, parking, landscaping, and other associated infrastructure.

According to a supporting planning statement, the design of the proposed units adheres to the Creating Places guidelines, ensuring that the development meets contemporary housing standards. The approval of this project is seen as a crucial step in addressing the housing needs in Coleraine, offering high-quality homes in a well-connected area.
