Portrush Development: Café to Transform into Apartment and Parking Facilities
May 02, 2024In a recent submission to Causeway Coast & Glens Council, Wilton House Limited has proposed changing the use of the lower ground floor at 55 North, Portrush.
The proposal outlines converting the existing café space into a new apartment with four basement parking spaces and additional storage areas.
Last year, the council approved transforming the ground floor into apartments, which currently operates as the main restaurant, signalling a shift from commercial to residential use in this prime seaside location.
The council's planning committee will hear the application later this year.
