Portstewart’s York Hotel to become apartments

Causeway Coast and Glens Borough Council have approved the proposal to transform the York Hotel in Portstewart into apartments.
The council has granted planning permission for the removal of the current structure and the construction of a residential complex consisting of 10 apartment units, along with facilities such as access, parking, and storage.
The project will also include landscaping, the expansion of the footpath, and additional site-related activities.
