Prime seaside home in Ballycastle could become apartments

A prime seaside home in Ballycastle, overlooking Ballycastle Marina, could soon be transformed into apartments.
A planning application submitted to Causeway Coast & Glens Council seeks permission to convert the property at 4 Bayview Road, Ballycastle, into three apartments.
The applicant, Ciarán O’Driscoll, is well-known in the area, owning the Rathlin Island Ferry Company, which provided ferry services between Rathlin Island and Ballycastle until operations ceased last year.
The Council's planning committee will hear the application in the coming months.
