Proposal of Application Notice Submitted For Laurel Hill Housing Scheme
Jan 21, 2024A Proposal of Application Notice (PAN) has been submitted to Causeway Coast & Glens Council for a Residential development (social & affordable) on Housing Zoning CEH55, with open space and associated works, including stopping up of private laneway onto Strand Road and new access onto Laurel Park.
This application is made on behalf of Radius Housing Association and BW Homes & Construction Ltd (part of Braidwater Group).
The proposal relates to the lands north of 1-7 Laurel Park, west of 73-89 Strand Road, east of Laurel Hill Gardens and south of Killowen Primary School, Coleraine. The site comprises 3.93 hectares of agricultural land and is surrounded by residential development to the north, east, south and south west, commercial land uses to west and there is a school immediately located to the north.
A public information event is scheduled for 7 March 2024.
