Proposal unveiled for housing development in Coleraine

Plans have been submitted to Causeway Coast & Glens Borough Council for a proposed residential development to provide 47 units to include 18 apartments and associated engineering and landscaping.
The application site is bounded on three sides by Mountsandel Road, Sandelford Bridge on the Ring Road, and by the River Bann.
The land falls from Mountsandel Road to the river.
Fermac Properties submitted the application.
