Proposed Change of Use for Ballycastle Bank Building to Community Arts Centre

A planning application has been submitted to Causeway Coast & Glens Borough Council for the change of use of a building located at 24-26 Ann Street, Ballycastle.
The proposed use change is from an existing bank with associated residential accommodation to a community arts exhibition and cultural centre with associated accommodation.
One notable feature of the proposed development is the installation of solar panels on the existing tiled roof.
This addition will provide sustainable energy to the centre and help reduce its carbon footprint. Renewable energy sources are becoming increasingly important in today's world, and it is encouraging to see it incorporated into this project.
The application will go before the planning committee later this year.
