Snappy Snaps Now Under New Management
Dec 02, 2024Snappy Snaps, Coleraine’s dedicated photography and digital services store on Kingsgate Street, is now under new ownership.
Trevor Donnelly retired last month after more than 30 years at the forefront of the business.
He is enjoying his retirement, confident that the Coleraine store is in safe hands under Donna Linton's leadership.
Trevor expresses his gratitude to all the Coleraine shoppers who have supported him over the years, wishing Donna and the team continued success.
“I wish Donna and the Coleraine team every success. I know that the store is in safe hands,” said Trevor.
“When I took over the Coleraine store I never dreamed that I would be there so long, but time just flies.
“There have been so many changes in photography in that time. At the start it was mostly people buying films and getting prints done, now you can put a photograph on to almost anything. It is amazing how the technology has changed,” said Trevor.
Donna is familiar to Coleraine shoppers, having worked in the store for over 20 years. “I started as a part-time staff member when I was just 17,” Donna said.
With a long-standing interest in photography, Donna looks forward to returning to the studio for portraits in early 2025.
“As a teenager, I was always the one with the camera on nights out,” she joked
“I love restoring old photographs and capturing families in the studio; it’s all about preserving memories,” she added.
Whether you need to print pictures from your phone, create canvas prints, find frames, or purchase personalised gifts, the Kingsgate Street store is your one-stop shop.
