Steph's journey commenced in November of 2022 when she took a bold step, leaving her job to explore her passion for fitness. Initially covering Zumba classes in a local leisure centre, she soon realized the potential for something more.

Fueled by a desire to bring unique and exciting fitness experiences to the North Coast, Steph embarked on an online training qualification to become an Aerial Hoop instructor.
Her foray into Aerial Hoop instruction began with a resounding success, attracting 13 enthusiastic participants in her first 4-week intake. The popularity of her Aerial Hoop classes has only soared since then, with a growing number of dedicated customers returning month after month and new enthusiasts joining the fold.

According to Steph, Aerial Hoop is more than just a physical workout—it's a mental and emotional challenge that pushes individuals in the best possible ways. The learning journey may present both easy and challenging aspects. Still, with the right mindset and a passion for learning, participants enjoy themselves and reap rewards such as increased strength, confidence, flexibility, balance, and coordination. The sense of community among individuals on a similar fitness journey adds an extra layer of fulfilment.

The Aerial Hoop classes have proven to be addictive, with many regular attendees choosing to participate multiple times a week. Some have even taken their passion to the next level by investing in their own equipment for home training.

Beyond Aerial Hoop, Skydance NI offers various fitness options, including Zumba and Hula Hoop classes. The expertise extends beyond group classes; Skydance NI can be hired for Aerial Performances for parties or events. Additionally, private training sessions for Aerial Hoop, accommodating individuals or groups of up to 14 people, are available.
