Tartine at Distiller's Arms

Tartine at Distiller's Arms, the popular restaurant in the historic village of Bushmills on the North Coast, has recently launched an exciting new dedicated drinks list showcasing locally produced spirits, liqueurs and beers.

This move is a testament to the advancement of the local food and drink scene and highlights Tartine's commitment to championing small producers.

Gary Stewart, Chef Patron of Tartine at Distiller's Arms, understands better than most the achievement of making a producer's dreams a reality with his award-winning sauce range, available to purchase in the restaurant.

In the past, it would have been difficult to imagine being offered a dedicated list of locally produced drinks apart from the internationally renowned Bushmills Whiskey. Still, this is now a reality thanks to the hard work and dedication of small producers in the province, particularly the Causeway Coast and Glens area. Tartine has always strongly focused on using locally sourced ingredients in its dishes, and it is now extending this concept to its drink offerings.

By showcasing the incredible variety and quality of drinks produced in the region, Tartine hopes to give customers an authentic taste experience.

The new drinks list at Tartine features an impressive selection of locally produced spirits, liqueurs and beers, all carefully chosen for their unique flavours and high quality. Customers can now enjoy a wide range of options, from small-batch gins, ten in total, including Shore Borne from Dunluce Distillery, Giants Basalt Rock Gin, and Paula McIntyres Gin produced in partnership with Giants Basalt Rock Gin. Craft beers, including some brewed just down the road in Portrush.

Tartine has supported Lacada Brewery from its early days. It almost goes without saying a full range of Bushmills Whiskey ranging from the Original to the incredible Bushmills 21 year old single malt. Bushmills Whiskey is a spirit which is engrained in the history of the Distiller's Arms. This building was originally home to the owners of Bushmills Distillery and is an essential ingredient in the multi-award-winning Distillers Pickle Sauce, which Chef Patron and Producer Gary Stewart created.

You will also find Lir Whiskey on this extraordinary drinks list. Green Crest is produced by the Glens of Antrim Distillery, a relative newcomer which Gary showcased at the  Salmon and Whiskey Dine around Bushmills, one of his popular, sell-out events.

Tartine at Distiller's Arms  have also included locally produced liqueur, La Riva Nata Limoncello, from Dunluce Distillery in Portballintrae. It is the perfect digestif, or try it in one of their summer-inspired desserts.  Each drink has its own story and reflects the passion and talent of the producers behind it.

The local drinks list also includes some delicious cocktails.

By choosing to feature these drinks, Tartine is not only championing local producers but also contributing to the sustainability of the local economy.

So, next time you visit Tartine at Distiller's Arms, check out their new locally-produced drinks list. Not only will you enjoy delicious and unique flavours, but you will also support small businesses and the local economy. Let's continue championing these fantastic producers and keeping our communities thriving together. Cheers!
