The Designerie: A New Chapter for Bushmills' Creative Heart

The Designerie, a popular social enterprise in Bushmills, is preparing to move to a new location within the village: The Courthouse.

Soon, this creative hub will occupy the first two floors of the building, offering a fresh and welcoming space for visitors right from the street.

This upcoming move marks an exciting new chapter for The Designerie, which has grown from a 2014 pop-up shop in Coleraine to a thriving enterprise supporting over 100 local creatives. The relocation will also see the artists from Makers House, currently at 88 Main Street, transition to the second floor of the new space in The Courthouse.

Before the move, the team encourages the community to visit the original store for final sales and to learn more about the changes ahead.

Founded by Enterprise Causeway in 2015, The Designerie has always been more than just a shop; it’s a creative hub and community destination dedicated to nurturing local talent and fostering connections.

As it moves to The Courthouse, The Designerie will continue to be a cornerstone of creativity and culture in Bushmills and beyond.
