The Salt House Hotel, located in Ballycastle, has lodged a planning application to extend its spa facilities, adding a plethora of exciting new features to delight guests and locals alike.

The proposed extension will be constructed at the basement level and will feature a range of state-of-the-art amenities, including a new swimming pool, hot tubs, and private cabins equipped with hot tubs. The area will also be beautifully landscaped, offering a peaceful and serene environment for guests to unwind and relax.

The existing extension to the hotel curtilage will be retained, as will the new staff car park. A plant room will also be erected at the sub-basement level, ensuring the new facilities are fully equipped to operate efficiently.

In addition to the new spa facilities, the hotel will extend its bar and restaurant, providing an expanded dining area for guests to enjoy.

The new extension will include an internal staircase on the ground floor, providing access to the bar and restaurant. An external terrace area will also be created, offering guests the perfect spot to enjoy a drink or meal while taking in the stunning views of the coastal location.
