Two-Storey Extension And Shopfront Proposed In Coleraine Town Centre

A planning application has been submitted to Causeway Coast and Glens Borough Council, seeking approval for a substantial redevelopment at one of Coleraine’s most prominent addresses.
The proposal outlines the construction of a two-storey extension and private courtyard at the rear of 26 The Diamond and the installation of a new shopfront and first-floor guard railings to the property’s existing front-facing windows.
The applicants, Trevor and Olive Todd, have submitted detailed plans that planning officials will now review. A decision on the application is expected next year.
