Work Progresses On Coleraine’s Giant Lidl Relocation

Work on Coleraine’s forthcoming Lidl store is taking another step forward, as new plans have been lodged for eight illuminated retail signs.

According to documents submitted to the local council, the development will feature a pair of shop signs, three poster display panels, a freestanding sign, and two dual-aspect flagpole signs.

The supermarket, currently located within Coleraine’s Riverside Retail Park since 2005, is set to relocate to a more expansive site within the same complex. Spanning a total of 2,475 square metres, including a 1,752 square metre sales floor, it is poised to become the largest Lidl Northern Ireland store when it opens its doors next spring.

As work continues, residents and shoppers alike eagerly await the store’s grand unveiling early next year.
