Led by the multi-award winning Chef Patron and producer Gary Stewart, the team is made up of an impressive group of experienced Chefs and front-of-house long stays who have a depth of knowledge and understanding of their customer's expectations.
The restaurant comprises three beautifully appointed, interconnecting areas, each with a contemporary selection of local artists’ original paintings and prints, which owner Gary has been collecting. The lighting is low, the atmosphere relaxing, and the service attentive. Our stone-walled dining area is steeped in centuries of stories about food being enjoyed and glasses clinked.
